Prospective tenants should complete the Online Application as soon as possible. The date the online application is submitted will be one of the criteria used to determine the order of the offering process.
In order to enhance your chances of receiving an offer of accommodation, indicate the earliest date on which you are prepared to sign a lease and assume financial responsibility for your accommodation. If a unit becomes available, you will be contacted with an offer of accommodation.
Congratulations on being offered an apartment at Platt's Lane Estates! Communication with the Rental Office is crucial to finalize your rental agreement before move-in day.
Step 1
Reply to your offer by e-mailing or telephoning the rental office. The Rental Clerk will assist you to choose an available unit, and will answer any questions you may have about living at Platt's Lane Estates.
You will also schedule a meeting to come into the office to complete Step 2.
Step 2
Sign your Lease Agreement and complete, and sign your Income Declaration Form.
Or, if your location makes it impossible to come to the rental office, we can proceed with the rental agreement online. You will need Internet and e-mail access, and a printer.
How to proceed with the rental agreement:
The Rental Clerk will e-mail you the cover page of your new Lease Agreement. The remaining body of the respective Lease Agreement and the Income Declaration Form are found below. Please read the documents carefully.
Once you are ready to sign your Lease Agreement:

Your apartment offer is secured by a non-refundable first month's deposit, which is the amount indicated on the cover page of your lease. Please check out the Payment Options.
An e-mail will be sent to confirm that your deposit has been received and processed. Be sure to contact the office a few weeks before move-in to make arrangements to pick up your keys.
