Platt's Lane Estates is part of Western University's beautiful and scenic campus. The nearly 20 acre park-like setting has an abundance of green space for residents to enjoy, including large grassy areas, children's playgrounds and basketball courts.
Tenants with a green thumb are allowed to maintain their own garden beds and can borrow rakes & shovels from the rental office. All grounds are maintained regularly, in all seasons, by university grounds crews.

One free parking permit per apartment/townhouse will be issued for a vehicle registered and insured in the tenant's name. Additional parking permits may be available for purchase.
Temporary visitor parking permits are required from 8:30 a.m. Monday through 4:30 p.m. Friday, and are issued by the Rental Office.

Laundry facilities are conveniently located in or near all buildings and are accessible 24-hours a day.
Machines are card operated and each tenant is issued a card to load with credits. Card loading stations are conveniently located in both Platt's Lane Estates and the University Apartments.
